Las Vegas, Nevada
A posh looking man sipped the amber colored liquid from its clear container. He set the glass down upon the table as he leaned back in his chair. His eyes wandered around, taking in the scene.
A smile painted itself upon his lips as he looked at the women that were dancing. Being here would make any man smile, but Cain was no longer a man. Even though that was the case, it wasn't as if he couldn't enjoy human pleasures.
He grinned at the woman that was closest to him. He had only been here for about twenty minutes, but he felt right at home with the rest of these...sinners. He rested his hands on the table, or was it a dance floor? He wasn't certain, but in a place like this details were not really needed.
The music was strange, deep, and had a large amount of bass to it. He didn't mind, he just followed where the action was...and in Vegas the action was everywhere. That was part of the reason he was here. When you were immortal, Vegas was a wonderful place to vacation.
Cain was taking a reprieve from 'work'. Well, making deals and taking souls wasn't really a job of sorts. At this point in his life he was considering a sort of retirement, or at least a break from his old job. Cain's eyes went back to one of the dancers as she glided over the stage to a better paying customer. A bubble of anger formed in his gut.
The dark haired man was quite the...jealous type. He was competitive to an extreme and the dancer's attention turning to another guest? Well that just wouldn't do...He shifted in his seat as he pulled a wallet from his vest. He was dressed in a very nice business suit, long hair lightly pulled back in a ponytail, and his beard was almost perfectly trimmed. He fished a couple of dollar bills from the wallet and gave a whistle to the lady.
"Oh Humanity, what wonders will you come up with next?" he thought as the dancer quickly turned back to him at the prospect of more money. He gave a happy grin to the man who certainly hadn't gotten his moneys worth. With a slight wave he leaned forward to place the two hundred dollars in a...convenient location.
"I win again..." he thought as he smirked, partially to the dancer, partially to himself.
