LAS VEGAS, NEVADA! Lights twinkled all around the five foot three demon as she walked the Vegas strip. She had been in this town for an hour and could tell half these people would wind up in hell. Humans that gambled their money away, hoping to get more though they knew they wouldn't. It was a waste of time. They'd booze up and get drunk. All of them wanted more than they needed, all wanted to feel like they lived the rich life. If the crossroads demon showed up here hell would have a line outside the door.
You also had the horny drunk men. Ruby had done witnessed how they gwaked at the little baseball sized cards of naked women, stars covering their private parts. She had also seen them stare at the half naked women that walked the streets. It was obvious the men were desperate because she'd seen a few give her those looks with that smug, cocky smile. Reminded her too much of Dean though he never gave her that look thank Lucifer. She'd end up jacking his jaw if he did. She had however, witnessed him look at other females that way. It was slightly disgusting to be honest. Why couldn't they give a few days to get over rejection instead of just jumping in line for the next up.
Ruby was looking for a certain casino that held a certain pack of demons. She wasn't off to kill them for once though, no ma'am this blonde demon had a whole different idea as to why she wanted to find them. Circus Circus was the place she was looking foor and she soon found it. These demons liked to mainly jack with children. Where better to work in Vegas than the place that clowns roamed free and children loved to see. It was an easy cover up and quite genius to be honest.
Ruby walked through the casino area, the sound of those stupid machines making those ding ding ding noises. Soon she found a bar far off in the casino and made her way to it. She slid into a both off in a corner, her eyes scanning the room to see if she could find anyone who might help her. A bartender walked up to her and she told them to just bring her one of those Hypnotic drinks. The color was pretty and her goal was to blend in. The lady was a demon but Ruby didn't wanna make her presence known to the girl when she hadn't found her main goal.
For the life of her, Ruby couldn't find out what was so great about this Hypnotic drink or any alcohol for that matter. It all had this awful taste to her. A bitter look crossed her face as she took another sip of the drink. It wasn't like it was sour or anything but it didn't taste that good. To be honest if it wasn't for the fruit flavored mixing stirred in then the alcohol would burn her throat. Ruby took another look around the club and right then spotted the sign she needed. The demons she had come in search for had finally shown up. Ruby got up from the booth and started making her way over to the group but some drunk retard stood up, falling into her and making her fall into someone else. She shoved the man off of her and turned around to look at the guy she'd fell into. "You're kinda in my way." she told him.

Living the high life. Everyone raved about Las Vegas but James couldn't even see the appeal. Sure, it was a hotspot for demons and was filled with easy human targets but so far he wasn't impressed. It was bland with lots of smoke and mirrors- no one with substance was around at all.
James had come into the casino in search of a good time and maybe get laid in the end. It had been a while since his last rendevous with a beautiful woman and he had an appetite for the late night passion. Though so far the whole place was filled with drunken men and a couple of older women trying to pick up the younger men. He visibly sneered at the cougar who had tried to make her way over to him and laughed when she gave him the finger.
Finally after scoping out the place and figuring he had nothing better to do James sat down at the bar, ordering the strongest vodka they had and downing it, asking for another. He had a high alcohol tolerance and even if he did get wasted he usually ended up in a beautiful woman's bed in the morning when he came to. For now, James kept his eyes peeled for any potential lovers.

Ruby wanted to sock the man she fell into when he grumbled at her. Bars weren't her scene by any means. Drunk men had never appealed to her back when she was a human and they didn't know that she was a demon. You think after all this time in hell she would have patience for stupidity but she didn't. In fact it probably annoyed her more now than it did back then. She was slowly but surely losing touch with her humanity, or what little she had left anyways. She still had those human moments and remembered what it was like but she was losing touch with it. Hate was filling her up more and more no matter how much work she put into supressing it.
The good news about this bar though, is that bar fights didn't seem to break out. It could have something to do with the big men that stood alone, arms crossed over their chests. To most they were intimidating but to someone like Ruby they were about as scary as a headless chicken. She rolled her eyes before covering the rest of the distance between her and the little group of demons. "Where is she?" she asked them, leaning over and placing her hands on the table. They all turned to look at her, one giving her a wicked smile. "Where is who?" he asked, that smug look on his face.
It had been a very long day and Ruby was running low on patience. "You know who I am talking about." she said, leaning in close to him. "Lilith. Where is Lilith?" she asked them. Another one leaned into her from the side and she felt his breath on her cheek. "Why do you want to know Ruby?" he asked, his breath smelled of death. "I don't have time for your games. Figure it out I will be back later to find out what you know." she said, her voice bitter as she pushed away from the table and walked over to the bar. Ruby set herself right between two guys, ordering that Hypnotic drink all over again.
The guy to her right was big, muscular, and bald, the guy to her right was young and slightly attractive. She chose the one that didn't resemble mister clean. "What drink actually has a nice taste?" she asked him, looking over at him. She looked at the red drink in front of her, taking a quick sip of it. "I mean there has to be something that tastes better than this." she said, picking up the drink and tilting it around. Sometimes hell seemed a lot more appealing than most of these places here on earth. It did tell her that hell was going to be chaotic in the future. That was just lovely. No way she was going back to hell, she had no plans to share her space with some random person who committed so many sins they ended up there.

Maybe his luck was changing after all. James flashed the woman a brilliant smile. It was time to play off that good ol' charm with a dash of his southern accent. "You look like you have a fancy glass there. That's one of the favorites of the house." James knew only because the bartender had gone on and on about how much of a crowd pleaser it was.
"I prefer vodka myself." He gestured to the bartender, buying her a glass. "Try some on me." James smirked over at the woman. He discreetly looked her up and down in a moment she wasn't paying attention to him and felt his insides burn. James knew he had to try. She was a looker and something about the way she sat and talked to the others- she had attitude. Both qualities suiting a woman of taste. Damsels in distress were not his style.
"What's your name, beautiful? If I may be so bold," James asked her before taking another swig of his vodka.

Ruby had never been one for smiling but she couldn't help but give the guy a small smile in return for the one he had. "I don't see how. Have you tried it?" she asked him. She watched as he ordered another round of vodka. At first she had thought he bought the the round for himself until he told her to try some. She eyed it carefully, then picked it up and took a bigger sip than imagined. It burned her chest as it went down, actually causing her to cough it was so bad. "Well that is really strong." she told him.
She smirked when he said referred to her as beautiful. Evil was beautiful you could say, or it was to her at least. Ruby moved herself so that her body was facing more towards him and she didn't have to crain her neck. "It is Ruby." she told him, leaning back in the bar stool. "And you are?" she asked. Ruby wasn't much of a flirt but it was a bit relaxing to not deal with a whole bunch of bullshit like what normally filled her life. Not have to worry about anything was quite a refreshing change for her.
"Anything else you suggest is good? I mean I figure you have other ideas on what tastes good and considering I am not that big of a drinker you probably know." she said, tilting her head a little to the side as she looked at him. She traced a finger over the rim of her cup, waiting for his answer. Without meaning too, she found herself looking over his shoulder. That group was looking at her, snickering you could say. It fired her up but she wasn't about to let them know that. She looked back at the guy and smiled at him.

James smirked, "Honey, I've tried everything in this place." It was true. In order to stalk out other hunters James had come to this place quite often. A couple of demons asked him for favors as well. It was a very active area and James was able to get whatever he wanted here. Work, sex with a beautiful woman and some drinks.
Ruby. James had heard that name before but where? Either way she was gorgeous and he wanted to get lucky tonight after having done so much work lately. A lot less hunters were in the world thanks to his eliminating them. "The name's James. James Hughes." He raised his glass to her as if toasting her.
"I mostly like the vodka here but since it's so strong for you, they do have some exquisite wine and champagne if you'd like some. It's my treat," James smirked, eyeing Ruby appreciately. Hopefully his charm wouldn't go to waste and he'd be able to get a nice lay.

Ruby tipped the glass back up to her lips and took a sip. The burning was getting easier to deal with for the most part. That was a good sign of course. Then she heard his response to her question. Honey? No one really calls her that. It made her wonder if he was aiming for something. A small smirk played on her lips and she figured she could have fun with this one. Besides her day hadn't been that great anyways, why not have a little fun by toying with someone ya know? She licked across her top lip in one of those slow, teasing manners, making sure she got the vodka off her lip, then biting down on her bottom on, looking at him all the while.
"James you say right?" She asked. Ruby heard that name. He was the human working with the demons. For whatever reason she couldn't figure it out, but he was. "Well James, what did you come to the bar to look for tonight?" she asked now lightly tracing a finger down his thigh, her voice hit one of those low and seductive tones. Oh yes, if he was like most men then he wouldn't be able to stand her teasing for too long. Well he was the one who came off like he wanted something by calling her honey. If he didn't mean anything by it, well then she was just gonna have fun anywas.
Ruby gave him a dirty look as he said something about wine. "I'll stick to the vodka thanks. I'm not one of those rich bitches who has to sip champagne." she told him. "So how about you keep the vodka rolling." she said, leaning forward a bit. "I bet I can drink you under the table." Ruby added, giving him a small smile. "If I win, you buy me dinner tomorrow. Fries and a burger, a simple dinner." she told, pausing only to lean forward a bit. "If I get drunk before you then you can do whatever you wish with me." she told him, letting her warm breath blow in his ear before moving away. "What do you say James, a deal?" she asked. Silly boy if he said yes, you should never make deals with a demon.

James couldn't help but laugh. He was getting rather dirty looks from a couple other men in the bar who knew he might get lucky tonight. They were jealous and he relished the feeling prickling on his skin with satisfaction. He quirked her a wry grin, another swig of his drink later. Ruby was trying to tease him, licking her lip and then biting it. It was very amusing but James wouldn't yield like some lovesick puppy. He had more self-control than that.
"I'm looking for a good time." James didn't even hesitate, not really caring what Ruby thought about that. "It's been awhile since I had a good lay. I figured I might see some pretty ladies and I haven't been disapointed." He gave Ruby an appraising glance, smirking after giving her a once over.
"You sure you can handle such a strong drink? You seem rather delicate." James couldn't help the sneer-like curl of his lips. He could be charming if he wanted but he also wasn't afraid to show a sliver of his true malice. She was a beautiful woman but a pretty face was usually only a pretty face."Drink me under the table? Sweetheart, I have no doubt you could. I don't take bets lightly and I know you aren't human." One of the pluses of working with demons was that he could tell if a person was one when he was around them eough. "Making a deal with a demon is a dangerous thing, something I do only when I need to."
"How about we come to a compromise? I'll date you out for a meal tomorrow like you want and after the foreplay we can get to the main event." James didn't play around.
